complex financial and accounting litigation, securities
litigation and contract arbitration. Conducted and
defended depositions. Developed and implemented
litigation strategies in collaboration with senior
attorneys. Drafted pleadings, discovery requests
and responses, motions, memoranda and correspondence.
Analyzed documents, transcripts and other materials
relating to clients’ claims and defenses.
Individually represented pro bono clients in personal
legal matters, such as Social Security appeals,
asylum, divorce and child custody.

fraud litigation arising from massive corporate
bankruptcy

Investigating and seeking to shut down a wide-ranging
products counterfeiting and distribution network
on behalf of consumer products manufacturer

Conducting an internal investigation arising from
allegations of stock options backdating at a medical
services company

Evaluating potential claims and litigation risk
arising from misrepresentations discovered after
the conclusion of a merger agreement on behalf
of major healthcare products manufacturer

Defending
a major investment bank against a claw-back claim
arising from large, complex bankruptcy, resulting
in a favorable settlement.

Engaging in research and strategy on behalf of
major consumer electronics manufacturer in contract-based
arbitration.

Advising
commercial real estate developer on options arising
out of threatened default by major tenant.
