I am a NY- and NJ-admitted attorney with more than three years' experience litigating a variety of corporate and commercial matters in New York state and federal cases. I am currently pursuing an LL.M. in intellectual property and information technology law.

Current projects:

• Fordham Law School LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Technology: Fordham Law’s unique program in Intellectual Property (IP) and Information Technology (IT) Law combines the classic study of intellectual property rights with the rapidly emerging field of information technology law. Students study fundamental and advanced intellectual property rights issues in copyright, patent, and trademark law, and also learn about issues that lie at the head of today’s digital information society, such as cybercrime, e-commerce, information privacy law, and internet law. I anticipate that I will complete the degree in May 2010.
